Delivery & Returns
Our packaging delivery service
We offer a 3-5 working day delivery service for all orders over £100 (excluding VAT) which are placed by midday Mon-Fri.
If your order is under £100 (excluding VAT), a shipping charge will be added at checkout. We use a mix of our own logistics and third-party couriers for parcel and pallet shipments, depending on the items you order.
Deliveries Outside of mainland UK
Please note that surcharges apply on all deliveries outside mainland UK, and next working day delivery is not available to deliveries outside mainland UK.
For courier purposes, the following destinations are considered as “outside mainland UK”:
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.
The postcodes within these areas are:
All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, KA27-KA28, PH4 – PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM, All BT and specific AB.
Please just email us for a quote on delivery if your postcode falls into one of these.
Shipping Descriptions
Class | Description |
---|---|
Boxed Product | Bubble bags, profiles and mailers in standard boxes |
Large Roll | Any roll of foam or bubble greater than and including 1.2m in height |
Small Roll | Any roll up to 1m in height |
Please note that weekends & bank holidays are not considered working days. If your order is received before midday Monday to Thursday, we will aim to dispatch on the same day.
Orders received before midday on a Friday will be dispatched same-day. Orders received after midday on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Returning your products
We hope you’ll be happy with the product and service you receive, but if for any reason this isn’t the case and you are unhappy with the item you have ordered, you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Just contact our Customer Service team at sales@packagingpdq.com, who will issue you with a returns form and postage instructions.
We take great care to ensure our products reach our customers in good condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@packagingpdq.com
Christmas Opening Hours
PLEASE NOTE: We are closed from Thursday 19th December and re-open on Thursday 2nd January.
